Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate and manage relationships with current and potential clients.
  2. Present, promote and sell media solutions to existing and prospective customers.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of GMC’s portfolio, including but not limited to radio, digital, social, and event sponsorships.
  4. Generate leads, meet sales goals, and contribute to team targets.
  5. Monitor the industry, identify market trends, and pinpoint opportunities for growth.
  6. Collaborate with the creative, editorial, and marketing teams to develop bespoke campaigns and solutions for clients.
  7. Attend local events representing GMC to the highest standard.
  8. Ensure prompt and accurate reporting and feedback from clients and the field to the management team.
  9. Approach customer service with fervor.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of media sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success and meeting targets.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape, including radio and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office or Google Suite applications.
